We provide the training and resources for stopping the auction of your property. If the sale of the property takes place due to negligence on the clients behalf, Property Rescue USA is not responsible for any refunds. If a refund is issued, monies will be paid back to the client within 30 days of their approved refund date minus the processing fee.***

CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Client must submit their documentation 24 hours before their assigned sale date and time.

- Client must receive their stamped page of confirmation; approving the submitted package and take a picture or scan it over to their Loss Mitigation Analyst. **Only applies to the self-help program**

- Client must be on the note of the property.

Refunds

To place a refund, return or exchange request for an order placed with Property Rescue USA, you need to contact Property Rescue USA via email at [email protected], by phone at 1-800-215-0162 or by accessing your account with Property Rescue USA.

* There is a $200.00 Administrative Fee on all Stop Auction Consultations, and a $1500 processing fee for Loan Modifications. ** If client does not adhere to the Loss Mitigation Analyst's directions and commit to follow through on clients responsibilities, client forfeits their money back guarantee.

Refund, returns or exchanges request are accepted up to 30 days from the date of placing the Order with Property Rescue USA. Property Rescue USA may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and Products at its discretion.

If refund is approved, for the full or partial amount, the customer can expect to receive the funds to the original source of payment used during the initial transaction, within 7-14 business days.
